• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of any personal information you provide, while granting us necessary rights to provide our services.

Our subscription services are billed according to the following terms:

• Monthly subscription fees are RM 250 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your preferred payment method
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

In no event shall our total liability exceed RM 3,000 per incident or series of related incidents.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orivexthalunaq from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration under Malaysian arbitration rules if necessary.

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and participate in industry-standard resolution procedures.

Either party may terminate your subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to prior use of services.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent website notice.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orivexthalunaq.
